Parent Rating Average. My experience has been with an honor student. The IB program is intense, but I believe that the program is great!
I love the structure and support from all staff including the principal's. They are all very supportive. My son enjoys this school very much. He is looking forward to going to college everyday. He had to learn time management in order to keep up in the IB program. This program is not for all students and is not offered at all the schools.
I was very happy with my son's first year of high school and that he was able to enjoy it! I love this school and have met many local dentist and doctors that went to this high school.

School and school district are in desperate need of more qualified teachers, teachers that are motivated to do right for these kids. The events that I have witnessed in 2 short years are more than a parent should see. Teachers yelling at kids in classroom, being physical with the kids, rushing the kids while eating lunch as well as requiring the kids to drop to the concrete floor when they hear end of recess whistle-like they are prison inmates.

Look, I'm not one of those parents that believes my child does no wrong but for goodness sake have some professionalism please. I am aware that it's not an easy job to manage the behavior of middle school students who are trying to find themselves All hope is not lost though You can see that he truly cares about the kids.
As a parent of an attending student, I have witnessed first hand the overall behavior of the faculty as well as the student body. The culture that is being practiced there needs a drastic makeover. You cannot tell me that these kids are bad just because of economic status, race, etc Those are excuses not reasons. It all begins at home but on any given school day the kids spend equally as much time in the presence of faculty as they do their parents. They wake, attend school from 9 to 3, go home from 3 to 9 and then off to bed to start it all over.
Whether anyone wants to believe it or not, the actions of our children ARE influenced by the ENTIRE environment they are exposed to not just a byproduct of their home life. Since all children are born completely innocent we must stop pointing fingers and simply get involved.
