As far as buildings, all races have access to the post grand palace buildings, and only dark elf race deals with the slave city and vs normal city distinction due to lore. However, it might one day end up on the chopping block, more feedback is required.

As far as the new unit type of wizard goes, I am going to add a few more straight caster types to other races as well, I really like how the DE wizard turned out, and I have a human mage in the pipeline. Arnout, Shaithias' mod seems to not be balanced either, things like buildings that have bonuses and drawbacks, just seems too different from stock races.
