We have to identify and develop partnerships, understand the laws and guidelines that support our initiatives, maintain open and efficient communication, counsel and direct, and remain contemporary on the latest ideas, issues and technologies. All of this must come together within the framework of leadership that gives us purpose and drives us forward.
