Windows 8 internet security settings

Internet security settings still corrupted. The internet security settings don't contain any zones anymore the list "select a zone to view or change security settings" is empty. There are no security levels: "security level for this zone" contains a slider but no options and is greyed out.

On the right there is only the text "level name - level description" besides it. So seems there is a serious bug in windows 8 because corrupting settings and locking out a user completely is not normal, even if you run an installer with admin priviledges If such an app would simply not run and throw errors, but this one messes up far worse and windows does not see it coming Don't forget to mark your posts as answered so they drop off the unanswered post filter.
